Ubisoft Romania (also known as Ubisoft Bucharest) is a Romanian video game developer owned by French developer and publisher Ubisoft. Founded in 1992, it is the first Ubisoft studio outside of France. The only game series that has four titles is the Silent Hunter series, so the next likely project is ''Silent Hunter 5''. On 18 August 2009, Ubisoft Romania officially confirmed that they are working on ''Silent Hunter 5''. In 2008, a second Romanian Ubisoft studio was opened in Craiova.
